Commercial entry.
Only commercial wine produced by bonded wineries may be entered. Amateur wines are not accepted.
Samples.
The competition does not limit the number of wines entered. Lab samples or altered labels are not accepted.
Winery location.
This is NOT a U.S. based competition. Both domestic and international wines are encouraged to enter.
Photo rights.
We reserve the right to photograph entries and use images for commercial, public purposes, e.g., catalogs, websites, publications, etc.
Refunds.
We’ll refund entry fees for wines that have not arrived at our warehouse, less a $25 processing fee.
Distribution.
Distribution in Massachusetts is NOT required to enter the competition. If you do not have a distributor, please contact our importer Main Street Wine Imports via mgrabert@kappys.com to handle your COLA Waiver process.
