Shipping & Importing

Domestic shipping.

All entries must be received by October 17.

The shipping address will be assigned upon registration.

  • Ship three (3) 750ml (or similar) bottles of each entry. We use one bottle for tasting, the second bottle if the first is flawed or questionable, and the third for the sweepstakes round.

  • Clearly mark boxes with, “Sample Materials, Not for Resale.”

  • For shipments of more than one box, mark each box with, “BOX 2 OF 4,” “BOX 4 OF 4,” etc.

International shipping.

SHIPPING WINE FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.

If you’re using your U.S. importer, follow our domestic shipping instructions.

All customs brokerage fees, shipping and COLA Waivers must be handled by entrants and paid in full prior to the start of the competition. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.

THE COMPETITION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES, SHIPPING, OR FEES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
