Ship three (3) 750ml (or similar) bottles for each entry.

Include a copy of the registration form with the shipping containers, even if submitted online.

For shipments of more than one box, mark each box with, “BOX 2 OF 4,” “BOX 4 OF 4,” etc.

Clearly mark boxes with, “Sample Materials, Not for Resale”

Shipping address will be assigned upon registration.
